Nice honest people. Instead of trying to fix our washer they told me it was better to buy a new one then spend the money to fix our current one

Buyer beware. These people butchered my dryer. They cut wires and put in the wrong parts. After two attempts my dryer still didn’t work and they wouldn’t return phone calls or my money.

No doubt the best appliance repair! I've used them for years (be careful to use Conway Appliance repair on Michigan - there's another company using the same name). The "real" company is honest, reasonable, prompt, and follow CDC guidelines).

Had an issue with our washer. They came and checked things. The technician reset the washer and said he would research the problem and let us know. Got a call from the office manager who told us they couldn't determine the exact issue and there would be no charge. When is the last time a company has said that - we don't know what the issue is and there no charge.... NEVER!! Upstanding business that didn't overcharge! Most companies would still give you a service charge for just coming out. Nice to see a business that doesn't just charge for the sake of charging!!

Highly recommended because the woman who answered the phone told me of a number of things to check a Before sending a technician.. Including the breaker.. Which turn out to be the problem.
She saved me the $100 technician visit!!!!

Excellent service from our repair technician, Josh. Josh who was there for a Washer machine repair, explained everything he did to diagnose the problem. We had to wait for a part which he came back and installed in no time at all.
A huge thanks to Matt Morgan (we called them first) from Morgan Appliances for recommending Conway Appliances when he felt he could not do the repair.
Conway Appliance service charges were very reasonable. For a reason I don't want to say, I vacillated between four and five stars. Since my issue was not with Josh, I'm going to stick with the five stars! Our dealings

Conway Appliance Repair has been great to us! We have used them twice and had great experiences both times. This time, we needed our entire cooktop replaced and they were able to find the part, take it back to their shop and spent hours taking it apart to fix. We really appreciate them going the extra mile to save us money.

The service tech is an extremely rude gentleman and the lady that answers the phone will never return your call. They will claim they came out to your house, even though they didn't, just so they can charge a cancellation fee. I will never work with this company ever again and highly recommend you find someone else to do your repairs.

Josh and Mark have both been out in the past month to help us out. Josh fixed our dryer and Mark fixed our dishwasher for an affordable price and both did a great job. Darlene was nice and professional when scheduling our service calls. We've been customers for almost six years and have always experienced great service and friendly employees!

My refidgerator started leaking water over the weekend and I called Monday morning. Early afternoon, on time, Mike diagnosed and repaired my problem. He came to me recommended by a reputable plumber and I am happy to have found him. He was personable as well as the office staff. The price was fair and his service call was a little less than my previous repair man who retired.
