I've utilized Aaron's Appliance Repair on multiple occasions over the past few years, including two trips within the last week. I had a fan go bad in my refrigerator. Josh came out the same day, and had the part installed the very next day. I then had an issue with my dryer - a bad heating element. Josh was out same day again, and had the part on his truck so everything was completed in one trip. He is very fast and efficient and I'm sure will do a great job for you as well.

Hands down I would recommend Josh to family and friends. He was professional, responsive, and honest. He identified a broken thermostat in our dryer and was able to fix it on the spot. We used Sears Appliance in the past but Josh will get our business going forward. So easy to schedule.

Had an older model refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Called and left a message, Josh returned my call very quickly and then listened to the symptoms that I was experiencing. He recommended that the repair was probably not going to be worth it based on my descriptions of the problems. I have to say that this is quite refreshing. In today's world where it's nice to find honesty. He could have easily just come, charged me the service call and then told me how expensive the repair was, but instead he called, listened, and then made a solid recommendation. He even advised me on which brands

Unfortunately didn't get to use this company but wanted to give a review just based on helpfulness. I called and had some?'s and really took time to just answer my ?'s knowing that I would have to go with someone else for a gas issue. Our GE Profile refrigerator was having issues and we called Aaron's Appliance Repair. Josh responded immediately to my call and was able to schedule a repair time convenient for both of us. He took the time to explain the repair and how we could troubleshoot issues going forward. Great customer service, very fair pricing, and we will use him again. Highly recommended!

It was early morning and my GE dryer would not start, but rather just a click when hitting the start button. I called Aaron's Appliance Repair on Angie's List and left a message. Josh from Aaron's called back a few minutes later. He fit my service in later the same day.
