Do not waste your time with this company. I received a quote for some small landscape work and attempted to schedule them to come by. They did not show up, nor did they notify me of the cancellation. Had a very hard time getting them back on the phone to reschedule - they do not return calls. They rescheduled and once again did not show up or notify me. The price was reasonable and given the fact I had already gotten a quote I wanted to make it work despite the horrible customer service (plus, I kept telling myself - they've gotten great reviews!), so I repeated this process FOUR times before

I received very poor customer service from Loredo's Landscaping and I do not recommend them. I was hoping to hire them for a small job (tree care/removal), but after I was given an estimate and told the work would be done within a week, I never heard from anyone again. I used the Contact Us form on Loredo's website to inquire as to when our work would be completed, and my request was never answered. I waited a couple of days then called to follow up. Though I was polite and pleasant and simply asking if we were on their schedule, I felt as if my phone call was an annoyance. The person
