Extremely dissastified! They charged $480 to for a service call to diagnose a hot water heater problem and their technician confirmed he would stand behind the diagnosis. His assessment was wrong and when we called back to have him come back he was unavailable ( death in his family) totally understandable. So we waited. Three weeks later ( we have no hot water since then anytime the heat is turned off) no answer - we called almost everyday, asking to speak with the manager and the owner - always somehow unavailable. We finally asked for a different technician but they had the audacity to say they
