The dealership quoted me $125 for the service I was looking for, this tech quoted me $300...and after I told him about the $125, he agreed to do it for that price.

Converse Locksmith Pros was excellent. Punctual, professional, and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone in need of lock work. They rekeyed all the locks to our new home and also did some very intricate custom work on the antique locks on the interior doors of the house. Called for a locksmith to come and unlock a car door due to locking the keys in the car. Locksmith called and quoted us over the phone at $45 dollars starting price to unlock the car for us. Took the technician over an hour to get to us from a previous job and when he got there he took all but maybe 5 minutes to open the car and start the paperwork. After a few minutes we were given a bill for $219. $29 office fee, $60 dollar trip charge ASAP (written on invoice) and because of her car being a Toyota charged us $120. I had a simple locked closet door during a weekday, normal hours. I called asked about a price and availability. The rude office woman answered as if had inconvenienced her and said the tech would call me. The tech responded quickly saying he was finishing up a job and would be here in 20 min. He was. Tech shows up looking like he was in desperate need of a meal and belt. Completely unprofessional. Completes the unlock, then hands me a receipt for $19 Office Fee, $65 Service FEE! AND $220 UNLOCK FEE. Completely ridiculous. They did not provide an updated quote prior to completing the work.

I wish I could give 0 stars but that is not an option unfortunately. I needed my sliding glass door fixed. They sent Todd/Colby out he was nice took apart my lock, took off the screen door etc.. he stated he had to go and get the part and would call me back. Here it is Wednesday the 17th of July 2019 and no call. I called the office Monday through Today and received nothing but answers like he will call me back. I called again today asking to speak the owner "Harry" who they said wasn't there and they hung up on me. I called back and got the same rude attitude from the other lady

HUGE RIP OFF!! Called closest locksmith to my house, which was this one. She quoted me $19.99 for coming out and starting at $25 to unlock. Guy got here in 15 minutes. Told me it was going to be $125. It wasn't even a deadbolt. Asked why and what exactly would a $25 unlock would be like and he started saying they are charging me for being 26 miles away. Takes 15 minutes to drive 26 miles??? No one call this company. They rip desperate people off.
