There is a section of our fence that is not even connected and it swings open. It’s not supposed to be that way! Several splits that need replaced. Have been trying to get ahold of them for several months via phone and email and no one will get back in touch with us. Contacting individuals for legal advice at this point. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!

I've been trying to get a refund for a deposit I put down in April but have not received the services. The owner - Patrick told me last week that he would get it done but I've not received the refund and I've not been able to get in touch with anyone regardless of posts, phones calls and text messages. I paid them a deposit and the final invoice for the fence the day for my fence was complete - i did my part. And I also enlisted their help and put down a deposit to stain my fence but they never did the staining and now won't return my texts or refund my money. I hope by me posting this that I will

Read this if you're thinking of a new fence for your property. In May, 2020 I contracted with Alpine Fence Company to fence my property in The Colony paying a 50% deposit. Om June 6th after the fence was completed they came to collect the balance. At that time I showed them instead of putting a steel pipe into the ground, the installer just nailed it to my neighbors fence. They agreed to correct it in 2-3 weeks. It took 3 months of phone calls with no reply from Alpine to get them here to view the rest of the problems.

We had a great experience with Alpine Fence Co. Friendly customer service, and a quality fence for a great price. They installed a 6' pine fence for us, and it looked so beautiful I thought it was cedar! It exceeded all of my expectations- was exactly what I wanted and more. The color and variation of the wood is just beautiful, plus the clean trim work, and solid/sturdy gates and fence overall. It's so pretty that we keep going outside just to look at our fence lol! They also gave us very practical advice that helped us stay within our budget, but still get the look we wanted. Nothing but good

Do not use these people. What should have been a 2 week job was turned into a 2 month job. First they asked for half down and then only put up the poles and it sat like that for over a week. They finally got back out and put up half the chain link and then didnt show up for 3 weeks. After repeated phone calls which La jenia never returned i finally had to threaten them to call it a day and tell them they would only get half and i would hire someone else to finish. With the threat they showed back up and did it incorrectly. By that time i was done and we told them to either fix it or take 200.00

We recently moved to the area and I called a number of Fence companies for estimates. When the owner and his daughter came to our house the first time, it was awesome and they seemed to be really nice people who cared about the satisfaction of their customers. They also had a good price for the estimate but what really made us choose them was the fact that I liked them. Well... we did not realize that the fence would be installed by just one "older" gentleman over a period of 3 weeks. We had never known any work of this type to be done by just one person who would happen to come by and
