Super fast installation by a professional team.
My salesman Darren talked me through the process, he is very knowledgeable.
Jeff the operations manager was also extremely helpful, and provided and incredible service.
We had checked out other companies, and been let down elsewhere, West Coast Solar are the guys to work with.

If I could give West Coast Solar zero stars I would. We purchased solar in 2018. The salesman 100% assured us that our solar loan was transferrable with the sale of our house, or that we could have our solar moved to our new house. Well that was not the case. We are NOT able to transfer the solar loan with the sale of our house. We have to outright… buy the system, $27,000, in order to sell our house. I purchased my solars years ago from West Coast Solar. I worked with Mike Kleeman, and he continues to provide excellent service. This past year I noticed birds and asked him if he could check on it. First when we had our quote Mike was over 30 minutes late. With no explanation or apologies. Husband was ready to call it quits but again family and friends said mike was fantastic and so was west coast solar. Here is when mile let us know that there installation was 6 weeks out. So we had to work fast to get it in by the end of year.
Next, we signed contact and sent deposit in within 3 days of our quote. Hoping

We just completed our installation of 31 LG panels and are up and running. I have worked with many contractors over the years of owning our home and I was super impressed with West Coast Solar. Right from the beginning our rep, Ryan Ogan, walked us through all of the details and answered a multitude of questions. Since we are in the throws of the pandemic, we did everything over the phone. His quick responses and attention to detail was so appreciated. They walk you through all of the steps with confirmation texts, emails, and phone calls, if needed. What made this a top notch experience for me was first and foremost my interaction with Joe Molale. He showed me the benefits of solar and why it was advantageous for me and he held my hand through the whole installation process. He was there to answer my every question even in off hours. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. We had zero roof leaks on our roof before installing solar and after installing it we have drywall bubbles right under the solar panels where they were installed. The company denies its their fault and blames the prior roofer but the concrete tile roof has never leaked before.
A experienced roofer said that they installed the wrong type of replacements.
Solar company refuses to remove the panels despite proof of leak.

We looked into solar a few years back and decided to go with West Coast Solar after speaking to one or two other solar providers. The initial consult was no issue. We gave our monthly usage and a report was provided along with financing information. They were also able to accommodate our tri-level home. They were also nice enough to upgrade our panels though I am unsure of the actual value added.

-Handles all permitting with city
-Solar has worked as stated

Clint Rarey of West Coast Solar is the only person I would trust when it comes to installing solar. I am amased at his knowledge about the local ordinances and how they would affect our installation. He is honest , hard working and very responsive to questions and concerns. Altogether a professional!!
