We are on the trailer cross country trip had a slow start issue with our tow vehicle. Called village Ford , and received great response. Pulled into the service department spoke to J. I had to book the appointment the next day and dead. Came in at 7:30 was out by 830 with a brand new battery. No issues, great attitude bye everyone I met.

Husband needed a new truck. We shopped on-line and drove to the dealership to "kick the wheels". The sales person was awesome, the buying process went on without a hitch. Husband bought the truck he wanted at a price he liked. The after purchase service has been very good.

I went in for a transponder key for my F-150....key cut only, not programming. I arrived at 4:40. At 4:48, I was told the techs were on their way out; that they usually leave before that. They were very nice about telling me that I would get no service at the Service Department.

I am new to the area and rolled into Village Ford for the first time after experiencing car problems while I was out. I was greeted immediately, and they took care of me and my car beautifully, even giving me free rides to and from my house in their shuttle while my car was being worked on. Had an awesome experience here. We're from out of state and were just a few days from leaving to drive home when our F-350 headlamps quit working. Checked all fuses, etc., but nothing helped. Called Village Ford and explained our situation to the woman who does the scheduling; she said to bring it in and they would see if they could help. From that phone call on Monday morning to picking up the truck on Thursday (due to a switch needing to be ordered), every step of the process went smoothly. Probably one of the most accommodating dealerships I have been in to purchase a car. The staff was beyond friendly & helpful while I was there with my two small children. They made me feel at home with the service they offered. I was unsure if I was able to get approved with the lack of credit I had but the management & sales team were able to take good care of me and my family and got me into the car I wanted!!!! Thank you guys again for such an enjoyable experience, can't wait to visit again :)

They are probably the worst dealer to consider as an option when purchasing new or used fords . ( probably because they haven't been open that long )otherwise I really don't know . But I've tried to purchase a car there twice now , and had the opportunity to work with that same " cookie cutter sales guy " everyone expects when shopping for a car . By the way his name was "Shane " . A fella who looks like he spends more time in the gym than at work . And tattoos all over his arms and a bald head . Not your typical sales rep more of a security guy I would imagine

I drive 30 minutes to get to their service department, twice as long as it takes to get the the closest dealer. Jay in the service area and Billy in the Quick lube area are both excellent to work with. I totally recommend this service dept.

We went to Village Ford looking for a 2015 Mustang convertible. We had visited Ford of Clermont for a car that seemed to match this one. Ford of Clermont had no interest in selling their car for a fair price. As it turns out, the car advertised by Village Ford was the same vehicle and they are "sister" dealerships. Our salesman "Kendal" was a real trooper. We walked out multiple times when it appeared that they could not meet our requirements. Kendal kept working and working until he brought us the deal that we had requested. We are a Ford family and as long as Kendal stays

Usually when I go in to have my Escape serviced at quick lane, the customer service personnel are very pleasant and receptive. On my last visit there were 2 gentlemen in the quick lane waiting area and they were quite busy. However, I felt like I was a non-person for the way I was addressed and treated. They had their faces down or looking at computer screen, did not recognize me until after they had spoken to each other a few times and then I got "Yes, may I help you?" with no smile, just a dead-pan expression showing no interest, just waiting for me to state my reason for my visit.

I have been very impressed with Village Fords service department. I deal With Jay, who is a great service writer/adviser. I've had a few minor problems with my Lincoln Navigator that the service dept. easily repaired, and I always felt the the charges to service my vehicles was very fair. I will continue to deal with their service department.

Just had the typical auto dealer bait and switch. Web site offers a "internet price". And then when I attempted to purchase the truck for that amount I was informed that price was for Military vets only and that I should have read the fine print. Now what does "internet price" promotion have to with being a retired vet? At best this is bad deceptive advertising. I happen to think it is dishonest company living up to the auto dealers scummy reputation.
Look else where for an honest fair dealership, you won't find it here.
