We had the best experience with Toubl for siding our house! They were very responsive throughout the entire process, helped with whatever our insurance needed, got us worked into the schedule quickly, and the team who sided our house was very professional and cleaned up thoroughly. They don't return calls. second appointment in 3 months I've been stood up for them to repair work they did during the hail storm. one apt was Saturday 7 am didnt even get a call I waited til Monday and called n they were shocked that Mike never returned my call then today after 14 days of trying to contact them about my shingles lifting Mike was supposed to be here once again no show no call and im extremely pregnant with another child putting my day on hold for this

It saddens me to have to be giving this review today. We had to put down $6000 when we signed our contract. That was TWO months ago. There has been NO COMMUNICATION from Toubl, except one time about 2 weeks ago when I called and was told that he was waiting on a response from another project manager and that our job required a curtain crew. This… is so frustrating and so stressful, as our roof has a lot of damage and we was assured at the time we signed that contract that we would get bumped up. I don't think we were bumped up!(sarcasm) If we wouldn't risk losing our money, we would be looking

Highly recommend Toubl Contracting! We had a bad rain storm and my roof and ceiling started leaking. I called so many places that blew me off and ignored my pleas for help but then I called this company. Andrew and Jared were at my home within minutes and instead of tarping they found the issue immediately and fixed it. They were extremely fair with the price and gave me a card in case there were any issues. They were life savers for new home owners. Thank you again.

Not only was Shannon at Toubl the only one who showed up to give us an estimate after the storm, he came back to meet with our insurance adjuster and helped us get everything approved. If the customer service is this great I can’t wait to see the repairs. Thank you for taking the concerns away in such a difficult time.

Had hail damage a few years ago. They billed the insurance company for an entire roof removal and replacement, pushed all these products like Ice shield and extras. Went on the roof to do my christmas lights this year and lo and behold, they only did an overlay (slapped new shingles on top of old roof). I guess thats why they wanted to do the work when I wasn't home. Heard of several other people getting scammed by these guys. I would bet their other construction is just as shady.

Bait and Switch. Only interested in insurance money. Their team was prompt and quick, but left us with holes and gaps throughout and we have had animals in the attic since. Flying squirrels and bats have been a problem for over a year now. Additional animal control costs of over $5k due to lack of properly buttoning up the roof. Also had to fix my gutter screens myself even after previous request to do so.
They were also asked to help with another project on my doors but never received return calls to complete project not tied to insurance money.

Toubl Contracting did an excellent job on both our roof and siding! A highly professional execution with innovative ideas and high quality materials. The jobs started and finished when we were told they would start and finish. Tools, supplies and excess materials were set out safely and conveniently, and fully cleaned up upon completion. Besides creating the wonderful appearance of our home, all the people involved with the project, were friendly, cheerful and easy with which to work. When the next hail storm hits, there's not another contracting firm we'd think of calling...Toubl's the best!

They were hired to do a complete roof tear off and re-shingle after hail damage occurred. I didn't check at the time because the work was done while I was gone but the invoice was for a dumpster and debris removal. I recently got on my roof and found they just did an overlay. Shame on me for trusting a company to do what they say and billed for.
