My homeowner's insurance agent recommended using Madison Property Restoration for addressing water damage, foundation issues, and mold removal. I'm happy I moved forward with contacting Madison Property Restoration to solve not only water damage in our basement but mold in our attic that was supposed to be treated by the seller of our first home. This is a great company with excellent work ethics! Tammy, their projects' manager is informative, very friendly and easy to work with on any project you might have. Their team is very professional too. They get the work done in a timely manner and keep one posted of any changes. The cost for the project was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Well worth the money!

This company does great work.I had a stuck valve in a urinal that flooded offices in a commercial building. Randy from Madison Property Restoration walked in 30 minutes after I called him. He immediately made phone calls and got people on the job. They pulled off the vinyl baseboard and any wood trim that was wet and the brought in all the equipment to remove the water and dry everything out completely. I called the insurance company got a claim number and then he talked to the claims adjuster and worked with the insurance company to ensure the would pay or all the work. They did! A great ending

Randy and his employees were absolutely excellent. I have no financial or other reason to post a positive response other than the fact that my contractor recommend them, I choose their business, and I was extremely satisfied with how everything went during their work for me. They were timely, professional in explaining everything to me, and finished the project within budget. The outcome met all of my expectations, and the mold/wet basement is now usable again, helping me to salvage a significant investment in this rental property. I would use this business again in a heartbeat.

We had some water damage and a small mold issue. We were greatly disappointed with them. An 8 day or less job took 24 days!! We kept getting put off. Work was done incorrectly several times that then they needed to repair before moving on to the next step. He would send guys with little training, no fault of theirs. Not honest, lack integrity and got short with my husband on the phone. Clearly too many jobs were taken on for the staff they have and we got pushed off. We will never use them again or recommend them. I can say however that Tammy (office) is wonderful and Brandon (lead man) was phenomenal

Last week my sump pump failed, after a recent repair. I had spent a significant amount of money to restore my basement last year at this time. The sump pump failed again last week, and the all familiar smell of water in the basement literally woke me up. Upon realizing our dishwasher had been leaking and went unnoticed for a long time, I was horrified at how much damage this caused. The amount of mold that was under my hardwood floor and the overall scope of… the unseen water damage was extremely overwhelming.
Randy put my concerns at ease with his knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. From tearing out the floor, sub-floor, drywall, cabinetry, and basement ceiling, to the mold mitigation and the need to rebuild everything, Randy and Brandon were AWESOME!
