Well I've been a customer for over a year and I was shocked to stumble upon a poor review by a former tenant. I'm associated with Citadel Storage as a customer only and I have not been asked NOR have I been compensated monitarily to give a review. Michelle has been the General Manager since I started storing here. She's always been accommodating and represents the business with efficiency and professionalism. Did anyone else notice the people who wrote something to discredit an employee, all have the same last name, or the story lines are all oddly similar?
There's having the same story, then there's having the EXACT SAME story. Seems they wrote off of each other to make people feel bad for their own mistake. And if said people did contact the authorities then they wouldn't have written such accusations.

The people talking about stuff being stolen have they ever tried linking it to the employees working there? Just curious they could easily erase proof on the cameras. That could be why they are quick to say just go to the police and also could be why they seem angry. I was considering using this place but after all the reviews and seeing how non professional they are when I called very rude.

Well, it was okay while it lasted (a couple months). Then most of our things got stolen. We talked to a woman working there (I believe her name is Michelle) several times and from the minute we contacted her she had a poor attitude & kept inferring that it was either our fault or that we took our own things for some reason. She insisted that she saw nobody on the cameras by our unit (after that she asked us what our unit number was!) so the cameras either don’t work very well or she did not watch them close enough because unless I’m living in an episode of the X-Files, our stuff did not vanish
