Very clean units! Also very friendly staff/owners. When I mentioned I was trying to clear out my unit, they made sure to call before the end of the month to make sure I was going to end my rental. They EASILY could have waited for another month to pass to get more money, but that's not how they work! HIGHLY recommended!

I wouldn't go anywhere else in the springs to rent a trailer. They got me in and on my way quickly, and when an unforseen event delayed me they worked with me. I highly recommend them. 👌

Clean and easy access but be aware of their "zero prorate" policy. Even if you go over 1 day because you can't get a UHAUL, you still pay the entire next month's rate....even if they know that you're planning to check out months ahead. That's a lot if you have a $250 storage unit.

The service at Falcon self storage was excellent! I was in dire need of a unit and the managers there quickly and kindly helped me get a unit. Everything was quick and easy. Would recommend!

The storage price for my RV increased 7% last year in 2020, which isn't too bad and is to be expected with inflation. This year they increased it 25%, from $77 to $96. I'm not sure what they base it off of other than supply and demand. It seems they're hopping on that train of hiking up prices for no reason.
Last year they decided to lock the water pump at the dump station. You can only get the key from them to unlock it when they're open.
The price continues to go up and they decrease the services.
