I have used Tri-City twice to (try to) repair my ASKO dishwasher.

The first time, the technician could not assess my leakage issue which caused the drain pump to turn on occasionally, and he charged me $100 for the visit. OK.

I then determined that the problem was the inlet valve which intermittently failed to shut off completely, so my son-and-law replaced it last December, and the problem went away.

I then more recently discovered a leak problem, and the technician said that my drain hose had a leak, and he boasted that he had brought one based upon my complaint, but it was the wrong

I had an issue with my dishwasher, which luckiiy, was still under warranty. When I called Tri-City, the gal I spoke with was AWESOME! Everything close in was booked, but she did get me in a couple of days later, first appointment of the day with JOHN. I was excited that he would be coming as the last time I needed him, he was professional, polite and a teacher to boot. He explained the what and why of using the dishwasher. I shall be sad when my warranty expires, as Tri City is the BEST!

We couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks so we were without our oven for that time. When service guy arrived, he replaced some parts and the oven was repaired. Since oven is only 2 months old, cost was covered under warranty. Tri City is only company in the valley that services Wolf appliances so we had no choice but to wait the 2 weeks for service. With what we paid for our Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, I hope we won't need a service call anytime soon.

The service person was earlier than expected; he phoned to say he was running ahead of schedule and would it be possible to to come earlier. He did arrive at the agreed time and he was very courteous and explained what the problem had been and also secured the dishwasher with extra screws to prevent it from moving about. He did his job very well and I appreciate that.A five star experience 🌟.L. White

The technician Rob Dalke came. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, obviously based on a thorough knowledge of the Sub-Zero fridge, and was able to repair it right away. The fridge is again working perfectly. I was impressed by the knowledgeable way he handled his job. Recommended!

I was VERY happy that my elderly Sub Zero freezer side could be repaired - it was much easier to deal with a bill of a few hundred versus one of few thousand or even more for a new unit. Service tech Jordan was proficient and nailed down that the issue was an electronics board, he had the part with him and was able to replace and test. I believe things went well because they specialize in Sub Zero and high end units. I HIGHLY recommend Tri City if your fridge or freezer is not chilling sufficiently - over a generic repair company. Tri City did right by me. Jordan was a nice guy, very knowledgeable

VERY disappointed! Had a leak at the bottom of my subzero 700 series & called for service. He came, saw a leak, manipulated the hose to the ice maker and by doing this...the leak got measurably greater requiring a total shut of of water to the house! Then he said it was in a part he wasn't authorized to service, and also wasn't able/authorized to pull the appliance from the cabinet, etc. He did NOTHING and charged me $115 for NO SERVICE! That's the LAST TIME I USE TRI-CITY APPLIANCE!!

Our refrigerator atopped cooling a couple weeks ago so we called out Tri-city Appliamce. the twchnician that ahowed up was less than friendly, and on top of the $115 service fee, they said just the parts to repair the cooling system would cost $2450, not including labor costs.

aside from that, the technician told us that the freezer cooling system was failing as well and that would be another $2450 in parts, plus labor costs.

so $5000 plus labor for a fix, and was all mentioned with a very smug, screw you, style attitude. The technician then said he could do a simple refrigerant recharge, but

BUYER BEWARE! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
I wish I had looked at the reviews on YELP before using this company! My Wolf exhaust fan knob broke on the inside so we could not turn the fan off. Turned off the breaker and found the problem - a small plastic piece had broken which holds the knob in place. Since this is the only factory authorized repair service in the Valley, I set an appt. and 2 days later they showed up. Repairman was not friendly (more about that later) but set about fixing the problem and was done in 15 min. - I knew in advance that the "trip charge" was $100 but I assumed that

Deceptive ad states "ask for senior discount" & when I did he told me I "didn't need it, because look where you live". He misquoted me his service charge, then wouldn't refund the correct amount. And he pads his parts prices. Rude & disrespectful. No stars for this company! Does not understand the value of good customer service or the fact that people talk to each other. Pbbbttt!

Was considering purchasing a used Asko brand compact stackable washer dryer set. Had some specific service-related questions about these machines. Asko customer service referred me to Tri City Appliance because Tri City is my local Phoenix certified Asko service tech and Asko's customer service didn't have any relevant experience. Was told by the woman who answered Tri City's number that they are indeed Asko certified technicians. However, she said "There's no one here who knows about these machines and there's no one who could call you back that knows anything about

I needed a part to fix my mother-in-laws refrigerator. The lights didn't work, and I had found the switch to turn on/off the lights was burnt out. I called and spoke to Gene at Tri-City and he was very helpful. It was two days before Thanksgiving, so there was no time to waste. Tri-City Appliance was very helpful. The parts needed were in stock, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Gene and Tri-City Appliance for your help.

Something should be done about the fact that Tri-City Appliance now apparently has a monopoly on repairing SubZero appliances in the Valley. They are completely inflexible on scheduling--will not give a time window in advance, want to call the day of and give a specific hour when they will show. It is inconvenient enough for those of us who work to block out a window during the day ahead of time; expecting us to have total availability for an entire day with no advance notice of a time frame is completely beyond the pale. My next call is to complain to SubZero and start calling around to find

Be clear with the scheduling staff if you need a specific on time appointment so they can communicate to the service team. Request Jon as your service repair if possible, he is SO nice and friendly! He has serviced our very very old SubZero appliances a few times now and always very polite and he is even nice to my nosy dogs!

Came out to my home to look at my older model Sub-Zero Fridge that had stopped working. After 15 min they stated "unit low on charge.$2500 quote for rebuild". I said that was too much for an old unit and paid the $95 trip charge and they left. I then called another service company they diagnosed the problem as a thermostat or cold controller that had been damaged by an electical surge in a recent storm. After replacing the part for $200 including labor, the unit works great. Bottom line: Don't use Tri-City for older appliances.

Pros: Prompt and professional service

Cons: A bit pricey

Tri City was able to quickly fix my rare/odd brand washing machine (Asko). The 2 techs were familiar with the machine, had the replacement part in their truck, and were done with the repair in about 45 minutes. It was a little bit pricey, but they were able to come out within two days, and they were reliable and prompt.

If you don't mind absolute top dollar then this is your company. Guy the repair man has been out a few times and he recently charged me $150+ for a condenser fan that is listed for sale online for $39.50. When I showed him the price online he said he suggested I call Sub Zero and was very inflexible! You add labor and trip charge and I feel like I have an attorney in the house. I won't use this company again.

I have used this company several times since 2010 and they have been nothing but upstanding, prompt and completely professional. We have Sub Zero's and Wolf appliances and this company happens to be a certified repair specialist for them. When we went through a remodel in 2010 our electrician blew out some major fuses in our home which resulted in control panels and other parts being fried. Tri City came out and worked with the electrician to replace and or repair the appliances. They have come out several times since for annual maintenance and right now they are coming out to rebuild

Today, called for a repair on another refrigerator from this company. They came out and said this unit was too old and they said other company's will come out and fix it and told me the part it needed. Cha, ching $95 trip charge for nothing.

They knew how old the units were BEFORE they came out from
