Communication is the KEY to a successful business. I was not present during the estimate, my mistake because to me...gray is a medium based color, not white/gray and/or whitewash gray unless asked for. I'm not a roofing company, but I think it's common sense that asphalt shingles need to contrast the house color, not match it. I asked for gray, no one called us to give us options, they gave us what they wanted, which was really light gray and our house is a baby blue with gray undertone. I figured the roofing co. would know and understand contrast and /or call us to confirm the tone

Will not honor warranty for workmanship on $17,000 roof installed several months ago. Several phone calls went ignored and then owner, Paul Wernicke finally called back after 4th time and said he would be out to look at multiple issues. Paul never showed up now more than a month since originally contacting. Complaints to Citrus County Building Department as well as the Better Business Bureau have been initiated as well as a consultation with a legal firm.
