Tenants have access to their storage unit from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and on Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. No one is allowed in the building after closing, so we'll make an announcement and ask that tenants leave soon after. Make payments online or visit the facility. If you pay at the facility, we only accept cash payments in exact change, or a cheque.

Clean, convenient, secure, and their price is reasonable. It's an old facility in a historic neighborhood. The facility has 2 slow elevators, but that's ok. Make sure you allow yourself ample time when you're here. The most convenient storage locations are on the 1st floor where you won't need to use the elevator, but the prices on this location are a little higher than the upper floors.

Hi, please return to normal business hours. I went to get my bike out of storage today Saturday at 458 pm and was refused access, saying they close at 5pm due to "Covid19". Closing early has nothing to do with Covid19, please get back to work and open with normal hours. All that restricting hours is doing is denying service we are paying for. Everyone is using Covid as an excuse to be on permanent vacation. The country is going to collapse if everyone doesnt start getting to work. You can have people show their ID through the window so they dont need to come into the office, etc. Thanks

I've been renting space with them for nearly 15 years. They have been great. We living in Manhattan and travel there for seasonal things 4 or 5 times a year. Our stuff is safe and secure and the staff friendly. One piece of advice, more light. We bring a lantern to our storage space to see what we're doing. 😁

I had an awesome experience at A1 Self Storage. The representative Sylvia was informative, patient and extremely pleasant. Before visiting the storage unit I called via telephone to inquiry information. She explained in detail pricing, policy and promotions. Upon meeting with Sylvia to sign my contract she showed me the unit and how to access it from different entry ways. Sylvia reviewed the contract with me before having me sign. It was exactly what we discussed via telephone. Sylvia was highly professional and experienced. Job well done !
