What a great place, very clean in the office and the trucks. Their storage units are very clean and easy to access. All units are on the ground floor. The staff is amazing and very patient and kind. I highly recommend coming to this location for a rental of a truck or storage unit. I was extremely pleased.

This review may be less about B & T Self Storage and more about U-Haul, but unfortunately B & T seems to have little leverage with U-Haul.
I rented a U-Haul van on June 29 for local use for the day. I picked it up at B & T in the morning. As I was driving to load the van, I got a call from Lance, the U-Haul area manager. Apparently the equipment I was given was for a long distance trip to Florida that day. I was asked if I would be willing to return the van for a local van and if I did, Lance promised me a $50.00 credit. I returned the van and got another one.
Today is July 14 and I have yet
