Very poor customer service every time you call you get answering machine leave message and don't return phone call till 3 or 4 days later this happens every time you call probably called more then 10 times in two week period work performed was great but poor customer service had a 10am appointment showed up at 1145 not good

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Sheila was very unresponsive and their workmanship on the installation was poor. Less than a year later the window is bowing, unstable and very hard to close. I contacted them to let them know about our issues and as usual, no response. I will not be using them again.

I've worked with Sheila and her team for about a year now on several rentals I manage. I'll call for a quote on a new job, and will have a response back within 24 hours if not sooner.
Acme Glass is fast, responsive, and consistent, fitting me in their schedule whenever I call! I've worked with other glass companies, but they don't compare to Acme. Sheila and her team are great- so they are my first call on business and personal work whenever I need something done.

Good guys! A client of mine hired them to replace two windows and overhaul a slider.
They did very good work. Pretty quick and solid.
Ray knows his stuff and even answered a few stucco questions and drainage issues around the windows.
I asked and was hoping to get an extra bumper to prevent the issue coming back in the slider and Ray thought he could add one but forgot when he returned from a trip to the shop with a little piece they had forgot.
The lock did not work easily and I thought they were going to address it or explain how to deal with it but they did not.
I'd give them 4.5

Recently our shower door came off of the track and our grab bar fell off of the inside of our shower. After calling two other companies to come complete bids. the only options that they gave were to replace by pass enclosure. We are on a fixed income and could not afford these options. So we made a third call to Acme Glass and not only were they courteous and prompt, but they were able to repair not replace both items, and because they offer senior, military,and first responder discounts we were able to get it fixed and stay within our budget.
