Whether you have a tankless water heater (also known as "on demand" water heater) or a standard gas or electric model, we can help. If you are experiencing an issue with your current water heater, we understand that having no hot water, not enough hot water, or even smelly or discolored water can be aggravating.
Whether you have a clogged toilet or need a new one, we offer toilet repair and replacement. We provide several types of toilets to fit everybody's needs, whether for home or office. For a family with young children, at times the toilet gets filled with too much toilet paper or doesn't get properly flushed.
If a sink, toilet, tub, or shower is not draining, or is slow to drain, it generally means something is clogging the waste line. If it's just one drain, the culprit is most likely a foreign object. The installer was great and helpful. His wife (Alexis) however who is the front office and handles everything is another story. She's defensive, overbearing, rude, and makes it your fault that she ordered the wrong parts. I'm a 10 year veteran. She gave me a discount and threw it in my face and said "I was lucky to get that". She has no etiquette. She is the reason for 1star. Horrible customer service on her part. Will never use or reccomend to anyone. Especially a veteran. You can tell by the way she responds to reviews. This is how I was treated.

This company is fraudulent and never came to my house lied to home warranty company that they needed to replace my hot water heater. They tied up the claim so that I could not get someone out for days. I still can’t do anything. They came up with other charges over 400 per water heater when they never set foot on my property. Avoid this business like the plague. They will rip you off. I would give them a 0 if I could. This company tried to collect over $400 per water heater and said it could be ore than that. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS HE WILL SCAM YOU. TO BE CLEAR HE WAS PAID BY AMERICAN HOME

Bule collar plumbing must innovate a plumber who has the expertise and skills to repair the pipes to make sure there is no noise.
I was a customer. However, blue collar plumbing did not provide an alternative to the noise from the pipe after receiving the repair fee from the customer, and the repair price was expensive.

We had an emergency with our rental home. The new tenants had just moved in, and the garbage disposal clogged and backed up on the second day. Very embarrassing, and a bad first impression.
But Blue Collar responded quickly. They were patient and understanding when the tenant didn't honor the first appointment time, and even came back without charging me extra. They replaced the old disposal and did a great job.
But this isn't my first good experience with Blue Collar. For years, that house has had sewage line backups a couple times a year. It seemed that other plumbers never quite got the lines

I just recently bought an all electric house and we needed to put propane in ...Ted guided us through the entire process , from coordinating pouring a slab for the tank , ordering the tank and running the gas line to the house…Ted was knowledgeable, communicated well and the job came in under budget and before expected time frame. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. Great mom and pop company!
