Jim came out on a recall from a previous plumber sent by our warranty company to correct a problem the other company did not fix. He gave us the white glove treatment. I have even called American Home Shield to let them know how pleased and grateful we are for the service we received. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Jim was a lifesaver. I have had a water heater problem for over a year and he met me at the house in a time convenient for me and initially solved the problem. It turned out another issue needed to be resolved and he went out of his way to make sure that problem was fixed the same day. He also fixed my toilet which was never originally mentioned. All of his work was excellent, I gained some valuable knowledge on water heaters, and he was very reasonable with the costs. He's the best and I highly recommend him.
