Founded in 1998 by Wayne Czechowski as Artwork in Architectural Glass (AAG), we are known throughout the United States and beyond for our beautiful designer glass products. After many years of growth, AAG came to be known as Architectural Glass Flooring & Cast Glass.
In late 2014, equipped with craftsman quality glazing techniques and modern materials, Lucid Glass Studio was the favored choice to continue on with the unique, high quality that Architectural Glass Flooring & Cast Glass clients had come to expect.Today we run our own kilns and remain a small artisan and craft based manufacturer of custom glass products.

Lucids' UL Certified Slip-Resistant glass is a unique choice when clarity and safety are of paramount importance. Our top lite is the first in class for ultimate lucidity offering an unobscured view of the space below or a clear perspective on internal graphic imagery. Where modesty is preferred, a satin finished top, opaque interlayers or unique cast texture can be incorporated.
Our Kiln formed glass offers flexibility in creating unique glass surfaces. Various options in texture and clarity inspire the creation of functional art for countertops, tabletops and other surfaces. With Sea Glass color options and Fused Glass edge lighting, thick glass can range in design style from traditional to contemporary only constrained by the imagination.
Our Antique Mirrors are handcrafted using silvering techniques passed down for generations. Our distinctive styles are an ideal alternative to clear mirrors, as each pattern offers a visual elegance of times past. All of our Antique Mirrors are handcrafted and are likely the most unique mirrors available in the world today.

Great custom glass fabricator, it was a pleasure to deal with Betsy Dolan there and the entire team. They were able to construct a large custom 1 and1/2" thick fused kiln glass table top with a riptide texture and did it within the time and budget promised. It is truly a piece of art and we look forward to showing it off. I would highly recommend Lucid for any glass project, whether located close to its office in East Providence R.I. or elsewhere.
