Love working with Backyard Expressions. Their team is wonderful. Sarah took our custom order for high quality Patio furniture made in the USA. The product was delivered as promised, on time and with professional care. When I subsequently discovered a tiny alignment problem with one of the pieces, Alex arranged for their tech to come out within a few days who immediately took care of the problem with a minor adjustment. We have been looking to make our backyard the perfect entertaining spot and Backyard Express staff all made it come together perfectly. It was delivered all together and they put everything in the proper places. The quality of the products are worth the price. They will last years and Backyard Express will stand behind it all. This is not Home Depot disposable these are beautiful and will last.

We had 7 sling chairs and a sling lounge chair to be redone. Amazing work and they don't schedule the initial pickup until they get the new fabric. This shortens the time you "do without" in your backyard. They have a lot of patio chairs, etc to purchase too. Highly qualified to make your furniture look new again. Best of all--they are in Yorba Linda!

I bought a Bromic heater and one of the screws is not in all the way
I contacted the owner Jim in person once and email 3 times
No response at all and I would say the customer service is not very good
I called again today after sending my third email for service and Tyler told me the bosses will return Wednesday so no one else can solve a service problem that is pretty simple
This has been going on for at least 6 weeks now

We knew we wanted quality, high end patio furniture for our new Yorba Linda home and figured we wouldn't be able to get that at Lowes, Home Depot, etc. We were driving through the city and saw Backyard Expressions so we decided to take a look. What a great find!!

My husband and I visited the showroom and were helped by Steven. We purchased a large patio table and he was extremely helpful. It was delivered the very next day and I have since called regarding another request for chair slides and he took care of it same day. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. We will be visiting them again real soon.

We had been looking for patio furniture for months. When we found the right item it would not be the right price and when we found the right price it would not be the right item..until we walked into Backyard Expressions. We explained to the sales person Brian what we were looking for and he immediately showed us a few different items and giving us different ideas. I purchased 4 patio chairs paid over $1000 expecting descent quality, Alex a sales person told me they would last 10 years even being exposed to the sun. I haven't had the chairs one year and they fixed it once already and it broke on the bottom. This place is very unwilling to work with customer, even after already having pictures from the first time it broke they were asking for pictures again, an employee goes on vacation and nobody follows up with the work. Just left and purchased our brand new patio set. Alex is amazing and got us the absolute best price and it's being delivered today!!! By far the best patio shopping experience. This was our last stop after going to every patio store in all of Orange County. So glad we found it and are super excited to enjoy this set for years to come. Thank You for the help last week. I was the guy that came into your store last week and asked for your help with my Fire Magic Echelon 660 grill. I explained to you that I made my purchase through our landscape contractor 5 years ago when we remodeled our backyard and he is now out of business. This left me with no where to go except a Fire Magic dealer.
I stopped by your store and discussed my problem with you and you took the time to explain the potential fix. Well, your diagnosis was accurate and with your help I was able to fix my burner problem by taking off the front panel, unscrewing
