Peak Construction started in 2004 by two brothers that saw opportunity in the contracting business and had the resources to become general contractors that offered a sufficient amount of services while still using "in-house" talent. Incompetence, did not match chrome finishes
Builder eliminated 6 ceiling fans from drawn plans.
Builder installed cheaper exterior doors on basement level. Not equal quality as the rest of the house.
Builder eliminated an entire room from house. Did not construct per contract or plans.
