Our garage door at our shop broke on Wednesday, 08/11 at 7:30 am. At 9:00 am, we started calling garage door repair companies. Company #1 answered, gave us a cell phone number to call their rep because he was the one that would come out to look at the door, we called, left a message and never got a call back. Company #2, the guy answered, said he could be out that day but he didn't know when and to text him our address (which we did), he never showed up and we never heard back from him again. Company #3 said they didn't work on commercial garage doors (which is completely understandable, it's not

Called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist who answered us (sounded like she didn’t want to be working there) asked for our garage door measurements, but we didn’t know them and while we were getting them, she hung up on us. She was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely lacked customer service. I don’t know why company’s let unprofessional people represent their company. I didn’t even have a chance to see what kind of garage door company they are, but honestly I don’t want to and will tell people my experience with them.

A while back we called Steele's for some to some DIY garage door repair that literally went off the rails. Got scheduled for a quick emergency service to solve the problem.
The prior service was stellar and we decided to go with them when we eventually replaced the doors after my mishap. Justin and Alan came out and did an fantastic job! Had a couple other final changes to the doors and got the same high level of service from Justin, thanks!

I highly recommend Steele's! My garage door opener broke, I called and they had Alex here within an hour. He confirmed my 1993 garage door opener was dead. Within 2 hours he had a new one installed! AMAZING customer service! Thank you so much Alex/Steele's! Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs

Garage door was not opening, called Steele's that evening and they said they could have a technician here first thing in the morning. Allen came by and replaced the spring in an hour after quickly diagnosing the issue. He was 100% professional the entire time. The price was fair and the work was perfect.

Really Bad. I ordered a door on January 21, installation started on March 23. The door was too narrow for the opening, which I was told after the old door was demolished; the opening had to be narrowed to fit the new door. On March 29, the installer left to run an errand, and never returned. On inspection, one of the support rails was installed slightly crooked, causing the door to rattle back and forth; the top-most of the four door panels is about 3/4" shorter than the rest causing the metal trim on the edge to show; to mate the top panel to the one below it, the hinge was unbolted and re-installed
