Called last night & scheduled for the service to happen at 3pm today. Received a phone call from them after 3:30 saying they wouldn't be here until 4pm. Waited until 4:30 where I called & canceled. How do you expect to run a business if you can't be on time or at least have the courtesy to call and let your customer know you're running behind schedule?

We had our original garage door die on us and we chose Triton to do the exchange. They came replaced our old garage door opener and we were blessed with a new system under the quoted prices of other installers. They gave us a 10 year warranty and today the motor failed. I called Triton and they sent a worker out who replaced the motor and the door was back in action. I can only say that they responded immediately and it was fixed within 10 minutes of the Triton team member being here. No charge. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend Triton to anyone who asks.

My first experience w/garage door replacement, w/garage door anything. I didn't know who to call so I literally called the first person who came up in my Google search and man I got lucky. Austin (owner) came out on his day off. My garage door was hanging off track by a very thin cable and I was honestly so worried it would fall on top of the hood of my truck. Don't be thrown off by is youthful look like I was. When I opened my door to let him in I said to myself, "Oh GREAT they've sent me a child!". Had Austin and Triton Door remove an old 16X7 door, enlarge the opening and install a 16X8 door. They did a great job. They were easy to work with, they cleaned up after themselves and the door looks and works great. I am happy and would definitely recommend them.

This business is a complete joke, The customer service was horrible!! We had 7 doors installed and not one of them worked correctly, we had to call them back out multiple times to try and correct the doors they installed. Every time they came out they tried to make it seem like is was our fault the doors were not working properly, by using the door too much. One of the doors almost completely fell down on 3 separate occasions and of course it would take them a week or more to come out and attempt to repair the door. So now we have a bunch of doors that do not work properly and need constant attention
