Ed and Keith recently finished an additional to our home. The addition exceeded all our expectations. They listened to our plans but added many improvements to those plans and gave us time to consider the options. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. The choice of materials was excellent. The subs were experienced, friendly and respectful of our personal schedule. We now have a living space with wonderful open views and a double faced fireplace as crown jewel to out main floor.

We had procrastinated remodeling and updating our home fearing it would be such a huge ordeal, but then we met Ed and Keith. To say we are thrilled with the work they did for us would be a huge understatement. From our very first meeting we were impressed with their customer service, expertise and attention to detail. Sierra West Construction LLC is a great designer and custom builder of new homes. Notably, Sierra will bring custom homes straight from Vail or Avon area, with stunning Timber exterior work along a nice staggered design.
Moreover -- Sierra West brings their custom designs to the Front Range which separates them from the local competition. Importantly, Keith Small has showcased advanced design for their newest project in Parker. Anyone would easily recommend their custom work, crisp and pristine and well respected in my opinion.

I am the second owner of a high end town home built by Sierra West Construction. The design of the home generally called for high end finishes, which are present in the home. Sierra West, however, as the contractor either had little access to quality subs or elected to use low end, cheaper subs. Since purchasing the home last year, we have encountered several examples of inferior workmanship. The most recent - the complete absence of a shower pan liner between the tile surface and particle board sub-flooring - caused significant water damage on all three level of the home. While the construction process can be quite intimidating and overwhelming, Ed and Keith put my mind at ease with their many years of experience and excellent communication. They were great at explaining all of my options and the associated costs. They manage their subcontractors so professionally and always in the customers best interest. The craftsmanship they demand is spectacular. I would recommend Sierra West to anyone looking for a great contractor for their project.
