Grid-Tied/ With Battery Backup- These systems work in conjunction with the utility grid and are capable of providing power when the grid goes down. Grid -tied with battery backup systems include batteries and are usually designed to only provide power for mandatory loads. Loads are placed in a subpanel that will be powered by the battery bank in the event of an outage.

Great Company, They Installed my System back in January of 2016 Going on 5yrs now no issues at all! and it's still going Strong , a very reliable caring company. If you are thinking of going solar give them a call mention my name and let them know you want to deal with a company who treats you right and does a professional job. Not somebody who tells you yeah we do that too!

Absolutely horrible first impression! Our scheduled appointment was missed. After the missed appointment, over the phone, a monthly cost was provided by a sales rep with absolutely no information about the product or service. The representative refused to have a face-to-face discussion about the company's solar offering because we don't have a date when we expect to install. Will look for a company who wants to sell based upon factual information rather than just a price quote.

For almost a year I've been searching for a solar company. Then I met Bret from Solar Energy. His customer service was not only excellent but it was a better deal than I had researched all year.
They designed a system for me that gave me more production at a lower cost. Installation went smooth, and now I'm a proud owner of solar. I love how my system works! The savings in our electrical bill alone made it worth it. I highly recommend Solar Energy. You will be impressed with their services and sales approach.

I had a system upgrade done by SEM (additional 2.5KW of panels and a new 10KW inverter). I had a great experience from start to finish. From scheduling, to communications, to the installation. The installation of the original system left a lot to be desired and when I was shopping for an installer for the upgrade I relayed my experience and was assured by the staff at SEM that there would be no problems. I was not disappointed. The install went very well, even with several obstacles from the original installation (undersized wiring, poor conduit runs, improper J-box, etc.) They made sure everything

I researched solar power energy on line for several month's about what was the best panel and inverter for the money. and what it would cost Me to install a 10kw. system. then I called 5 different company for a quote's NO one could match SEM price! and with SEM installing the system I get a federal tax credit that would more than pay to install the system my self.
The crew that came to the house was there on time,worked all day(took a short lunch break) and finished the 40 panels on the roof and cleaned up all there mess in one day.
The next day there electrician showed up early and worked hard

These guys know what they are doing and do their utmost to give you the best deal they can get for you. Several years after installation, they found out that they missed their specs by a hair, so they gave me an additional new panel at no charge. This is not one of those large companies, so you can call their managers directly and get results right away. I've been happy with their pricing, response time, services when something breaks down, and integrity. However, installations on private homes are not simple, and you will never get a 100% perfect installation at reasonable cost because there are
