My point of contact was LeeAnn she was very instrumental in getting my ductwork completely removed and replaced with a brand new one.
Aris, the electrician, was the first one out and he took pictures of my roof and electrical panel. He was professional, respectful, pleasant and easy to talk to. Update: 2 Nov 2021; this is the super best solar company out there.
NOTE: I learned something today about the energy independence graph on the app. If your graph says 40% independent, times that by two. It takes in to account the night time use when the panels are not generating any power. Hope this helps current and future customers.

Had our panels for a good while now and have had absolutely no issues period until last night when we were going to bed during yet another typical thunder storm here in central Florida and noticed water dripping from the ceiling. Called SolarMax this morning and they said they would send Steve out this afternoon sometime. Well, bummer, he up an shows up this morning and takes care of everything to my satisfaction. Go figure. Had my afternoon free. Great company from start to finish and beyond!!👍

In the beginning of the process Solar Max was great to work with. Their installation crew and sales team were phenomenal. After the installation process there were some delays and issues; however, this is normal when dealing with any construction project. Solar Max handled themselves with class, and they covered unexpected costs related to the project issues. I am very satisfied and would recommend Solar Max. They do care for your business and will make things right if there are any problems along the way. I am a very happy customer to be producing green energy with the help of Solar Max.

This company makes allot of promises they don't keep, they don't communicate, they fail to mention important information and a year later have yet to get any resolution to our generator issue and now we've paid for a generator we don't have. After many emails and calls still have not heard ANYTHING. This was a mistake made by our salesperson that realized his mistake but did nothing to fix it. So now here we are with a generator that might run a fan..... When we specified we wanted a WHOLE HOME GENERATOR. We said this at the consultation. Since where we live it takes forever

We hired Solar Max to install solar panels after thorough research and reviews. They were planning to finish installation before the end of the year. The project extended to mid January. We had and continue to have issues (we are in June now):
- installation did not go well. We were asked to be in house to allow them access to attic space. We would rearrange work schedule but the workers would not show up until after noon. Then they would be ready for lunch break (often longer than an hour) and continue working until night. One night I had to ask them to wrap it up because they were working until

Find another company. The one star is for the products (which they have no control over, thankfully) and their contracted installation techs, who were efficient and professional. The remainder of the experience was horrible. The sales process was quick, but poorly documented (make sure that you save the hand drawings that the sales guy makes). Installation only took 3 days, however, once the panels were installed (1/3/21) it took over 3 months until they were operational (4/16/21). This was due to many factors: two city inspections because SolarMax had not provided the correct paperwork, and 3

He is very knowledgeable about the system and we discussed using no lock on connectors like the one he found to be an issue.
I hope his assessment of the 8 lower output collectors turns out to be the only the ones on the west side of the roof. I now believe placement on the East side would have been more productive, just to catch the collector output of the cooler morning.
He should have been the one to install the original system on the roof, to address orientation issues, as well as good technical habits would have been observed and respected as to end of the run, and strapping of the wires
