After multiple quotes, scam companies, 3rd party contractors and panels that came from lower grade materials; we could not be any happier with Ross and the guys @Solar Tech. He is honest, knows his products, came to our home when it fit in to our schedule and never pressured or tried to sell us on anything. He even listened to our electric use concerns and offered multiple products to maximize our savings. Install just completed on our panels and it has been perfection from the 1st phone call. I was referred to Ross at Solar Tech Elec from a neighbor who had done plenty of research before choosing a Solar Provider. I also did some research on Solar and the products and Ross won me over with his expertise and explanations of the system! Celeste in the office took full control of the permitting and all paperwork to TECO for the meter swap, the Installers were in and out within a day and D’Vante did an amazing job along with his other crew members. Look no further Solar Tech Elec have now removed my power bill and my payments are less than what I was paying the utility company. Thanks

Been dealing with this company for over a year and a half to have our complete system installed and still haven't had our battery installed. While part of that can be blamed on the company that they ordered from, the complete lack of being forthcoming with information is completely unprofessional from Solar Tech. It was my mistake to trust Ross when he asked me to release the funds for the battery even though it had not been installed. There is a reason that finance companies ask you not to release funds unless all of the work has been completed. Will never make that mistake again.

We are located in Port Richey in Pasco County and wanted to go solar due to rising costs on electric. We have Withalacoochee Electric. We had multiple companies come out even the big guys like solar bear and all I can say is Lou with Solar Tech Electric was up front with everything and very professional. He answered all my questions and I had alot of them. I didn't feel as though he was giving a pitch and more like he was guiding us the proper way and that means alot to us. So I wanted to start off and say I have a property in the Florida key(Marathon).
I would have to say first Ross and his employees are great and easy to work with. I got a 15.4 KW system 48 panels @ 320 Watts each. I asl got a Enphase Battery backup which is 9.8 KW, But when the panels came they were 330 watts each never got charge for the upgrade of that's.
This was a great process Im very happy with the systems. My power bill before the install was a average 275-325. My power bill that I just got from FKEC was -51 dollars. It feels great to see that. Cant wait to see what the summer is

Installation and communication was top notch. What was promised was delivered and in many cases exceeded. The quality of installation compared to others is very noticeable visually. Ross and his teams execution of how solar should be is right on point. After 4 years, we know we made a sound financial investment as it has been earning its keep. Id also like to report, no roof leaks, no system issues, nothing at all. Highly recommend.

The installation team showed up right on time, and despite a few unexpected developments, such as reconfiguring panels to avoid plumbing roof vents, kept the project on schedule. The final product is very professionally done. Through the process, owner Ross Dyson was readily available by cell phone and voicemail or text message. It is apparent that each customer is valued, and he wants to personally guarantee satisfaction. One of the advantages of working with a small company with a hands on small management team. I highly recommend them.

We had a unique experience with our install. We didn't think we'd ever be able to get our DIY solar kit installed. That's where Ross and SolarTechElec came in. Ross and Celeste were super helpful at scheduling and installing. Their communication was always fast, friendly, and detailed. After the initial install, there were some issues with the system (not his fault at all) But Ross and the team jumped into action and got it all fixed. Ross installed my system about 3 years ago when I I built a new home. To date, my system has generated 42.2 mWh (42,200 kWh) of electricity for my home. If you've been thinking about going solar this is the company to call because I called all the others before I had my system installed and they were by far the least expensive and provided the same or better quality of product.
