We are most appreciative!!!! He came out to our house on minimal notice (@ 4:30pm) jump started our furance. He then came back the next day with the new part for less than $600.00 and we are back up and running. It was minus degrees out sideand @ the time and 50 degrees in the house. Tom you are the best!!!!!!!

I woke in the morning to a temp of 54 degrees. I checked the pilot on my furnace and it was off. I tried to light the pilot, but it would not start. I called West View heating & Cooling at 5 am to schedule a service call (which was the lowest price service call fee I had found). The call was answered immediately and the technician walked me through some self-help steps before scheduling the call. It turned out I was not lighting the pilot light correctly. I followed his instructions and have heat again.
