Technician Mike took care of my small condo unit today. He did a superior job!
My building's a little tucked away and he needed directions but he called and got here as quickly as he could for the appointment. He had shoe covering on. He was respectful, to the point, worked hard, explained things. I really feel like I got my money's worth! He's my new favorite person @ LK. (Plus Jackie was very polite and helpful on the phone tiday. Nice gal.). Yay Mike. Thanks!

I finally found an honest, experienced, and fair priced HVAC company, with professional and courteous employees. They promptly came out and replaced a few broken parts on my older AC unit, and checked to see that it was operating under normal parameters. I will be using LK for our future HVAC needs! This is how a company should be run.

This company and I have been helping each other out for years (approximately 1996-2021 presently) everyone has been easy going all along a bees nest created an issue when it was created in my system, L&K fixed that for us Other issues from the main floor backed up to my unit and I had an issue that needed attention by management of my Condo, L&K got in touch with them and made sure the issue was addressed It was taken care of, I know as the issue was gone quick for preventative maintenance purposes, folks responsible, should have their air conditioning and heating component checked on by L&K once

We’ve had LK install a furnace and A/C units at two different houses. Bill, Jackie, and their entire team have always been a pleasure to work with. The technician definitely took advantage of us. We had a home warranty and our furnace started making a loud noise when it would turn on. The warranty was expiring and we have a newborn baby and didn't want to risk the heat failing. We called and got the tech out who told us we needed to replace a part, but that he had to order it and come back. He was at our house for 30 minutes, including the time he sat in his van and we had to go out and ask him what was going on. Came back a few days later and replaced the part. I waited over seven days for an appointment to fix my AC. I had never used this company before but I had seen their trucks so I thought I would give them a try. When i finally was contacted about my appointment they gave me a 4 hour window from noon to four. Hardly convenient. The day of the appointment the 4 hours came and went with no tech showing up, no phone call, text, etc. saying they would be late. So I sat around all day waiting. Finally at about 4:30 I get a call that the tech is on his way. I told the woman that I was upset that I had to wait all day after waiting a week and said

We have been a satisfied customer of L K Heating & Cooling for over 25 years. August 22, 2018, we had them install a new Trane air conditioner & gas furnace replacing a 33 year old air conditioner & 23 year old gas furnace. Travis, Matt & Hunter arrived on time, introducing themselves. They immediately came in to evaluate the situation, each going to work on different areas of the system. They worked together as a GREAT team only stopping once for lunch. I can say that there was no time wasted. Hard working conscientious workers. Job was completed on time. They left the premises
