This guy rafael is terrible to work with. He wants payment weekly for work that is not done and if you don't read the contract carefully are forced to give him payments weekly even if he doesn't show up the whole week.
He's difficult to work with, didn't follow plans. Most aspects have to be redone.
Framer was terrible, 2 x 4s all uneven and had to be redone. Cut multiple corners. 2 x4s not straight, no posts between them and says its done. Framed roof wrong so water doesn't drain.
Plumbing or his guys took parts and have to be reordered.

We needed a garage conversion done and Home Creations are very quick at making our ADU happen. In about 2.5 months they had it all built and running. We worked with Rafael on our garage conversion, bathroom addition and expanded master bedroom. We are in love with our new space and are excited about the resale potential since it is permitted as an ADU! Rafael's team was very professional, easy to work with and paid close attention to detail. Having a construction team in your home for 3 months can be difficult but they were all very considerate happy to show me the updates and answer questions. The permitting process went surprisingly smoothly as well. We'll recommend Rafael in the future.
