My contractor recommended we use Chandler. There were some issues during the process, however, Chandler did their very best to rectify them. I must give credit to their staff (specifically Kim and Mike) They took the time to patiently work through each item and come to a reasonable solution. It was a great representation of the professionalism and integrity Chandler has as an organization. When a problem arises, you want a vendor that is willing to address it, not ignore it -- like so many other vendors do.

We had a custom home built in Prosper, TX and our builder talked us into using Chandler. We had several instances of damaged cabinets being installed, wrong cabinets being installed, missing trim, exposed nail holes and scratches.
2/14/2020 UPDATE: After speaking with one of the owners of Chandler cabinets they came and repaired all of the cabinets today. The crew that showed up were very nice and did quality repair work.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
I spent 3 hours working with the owner to design my kitchen. He sent plans of nothing that we did on May 20th. I called today at the request of my builder and spoke with Josh Chandler. I asked for updated drawings and he immediately staying yelling that he “he does not work for me”, etc.. He is a crazy unprofessional hick !

To the gentleman (driver in a chevy with the long trailer) in aubrey/crossroads who asked me what modification i have done to my V6 Baby blue mustang is to make it sound the way it does #1 thank you for the compliment #2 all it is a axleback muffler delete with resonator tips (mustang pype-bombs) #3 if i need cabinets ill hit yall up!

Never available when you call. As a contractor, this is very frustrating. Been trying to get numbers for a week now and it’s always something that is holding them up. Poor communication within the company, or even as much as they don’t care about the mid sized companies as much as their larger contracts.
