Derrick owner of Sparks Heating and Electric was amazing to work with. I had a last minute heating outage and he was so willing to help with getting the heater back working for me. He went over and above to get someone to my home. He was fair in his pricing as well. I will always use them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on. They were very honest and great to work with. I give them 110 percent endorsement.

I have been looking for someone to come out and service my AC and Furnace, as a contact I had doesn't come out this far (I am in SE Aurora). We had AC installed early summer of 2020 and had everything up in running same day. Everyone was very friendly and in no rush to quickly get out the door, which I appreciated. Literally any problem we’ve had since (typical maintenance issues in an older home) have been fixed and response time has been super fast. Everyone I’ve worked with so far has been great, knowledgeable, and never trying to upsell anything.

Tim and his team were great. Extremely responsive and provided easy to understand explanations of what was wrong and what options I had to fix it. Their first option wasn’t the most expensive but a good reliable insider industry name brand at a reasonable price. Along with providing great service the techs were friendly, knowledgeable and provided great advice for ways to keep my system working longer in the future. Highly recommend.

Sparks Heating and Air did a FANTASTIC job! We were having 93 degree weather when my AC unit went out. They arrived quickly, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quickly fixed my AC. The owner Tim Sparks called me directly and explained everything to me that needed to be done and they had my AC working again in no time. I'm so thankful for Sparks Heating and Air and so are my 3 dogs with fur! They are priced fairly and are a locally owned, family run business. I highly recommend this company and give them 5 stars!!!

Tim from Sparks was nothing less than the most professional and hard working gentleman I’ve ever met. Our AC had been out for about 2 weeks and he took an emergency work order for our AC. We were being told it was gonna be about 2 to 3 weeks by every company under the sun and then came in this super hero. He got the parts in about a week and came that same day to install. Him and his guys were extremely professional and got the job done in less than 2 hours. My house went from 85 degrees every night to 70 crisp degrees now and I’ve never been more impressed
