Worst movers ever. I highly recommend you don't book them. They lost a few of my boxes and damaged 1/4 of my stuff. Not only that, they left behind a few of my items. They also did a bad job packing my stuff. They used MY BLANKETS to cover my mirror, keyboard piano, and computer monitor.
The worst part is I called a few times to get my lost boxes and they did nothing about it. Every time I called about my lost my boxes, they would say " we will call you back at the end of the day".

My initial price was 2000, it eventually creeped up to $5000. Then when the movers arrived, they demand that I tip them $150 a piece before they begin the job. When I told them I didn't have that much they said they would go as low as 200 total. They didn't seem happy that I didn't have much more money. They started slamming my boxes on the ground as they carried them up the steps. It seemed as if they were intentionally trying to destroy my stuff. They weren't just being negligent, they were being vindictive. Then they told me that I needed to help with the moving since they didn't charge me the

This is the third time I’ve used Evergreen Van Lines and I will never use anyone else. They are always courteous, determined and reliable. These people are LIARS!!!! They lied to my 70 year old mother about every part of the move!!! They told her they would be picking up her furniture and delivering it out of state. LIES!!! They received $3500 then contracted with another mover to complete the job. The day of my Mom’s move was an absolute nightmare….. Evergreen Van lines did not show up but another company Los Angelos Movers with a to small truck and saying that they would charge another $5000 to move everything. What!!! STAY AWAY! Went through the process with this company, providing an inventory of items over the phone and was informed that my items would fit on a 53' truck, even through I informed Rob/Josh that my previous relocation took more than 53'. The first moving day arrived and one 26' box truck showed up to load boxes. On the second day, Evergreen rented a 26' U-haul truck and loaded some furniture. Both trucks were full but there were still many items left, including the off-site 10x15 storage room I informed them about prior to signing any documents. Beware of these FRAUDSTERS! SCAMMERS! Josh (unsure who taught him life skills) from Evergreen van lines is a liar. Two days before the move Josh (QA) called me and readjusted Cubic feet from 816 to 1138 stating the price will be revised per my usage. I used 800 cubic feet and sent the pictures. But, here goes the sad saga. Price never changed and horrible experience since. Several calls and emails with customer service. They behaved well on the phone as if they are discussing internally, but no actions at all. EV is a broker who contracted the move to best price moving. I ended up paying the full

Scheduled a move with pure pros movers that was done yesterday. These guys are great! Evergreen Van Lines movers were extremely professional, punctual and super-fast. They showed up at the scheduled time and were done moving everything in very short time. I was not expecting such a speedy move and it cost less than what I was expecting it to. I will definitely give them a call when I move next time.
