I rented a climate controlled storage unit at this facility for almost three years. The entire time I did business with this company, they were unwavering in their excellent customer service & consistently clean & maintained facility.
I felt very secure and confident storing my valuables here.

I have never seen such terrible customer service in my entire life!!! I got here at 2:59pm, it says place closes at 3pm, the "closed" sign wasn't even on, they said they couldn't take my mail because "the system automatically closes at 3pm and there's nothing they can do". I knew something was odd and now, checking previous reviews, and can say with confidence: they do all their closing as soon as they can so they can be done as soon as they can. "Forget the customer, we just wanna go home" kind of mentality. Rude, selfish people who can't follow business hours. I will file an official complaint

Absolutely awful service from rude, arrogant and ignorant staff. Made a complete mess of the computer input address and worsened the situation by refusing to fix it (asked me to verify the details were correct only after printing and paying for it - would have be so easy to verify before - but hey they don't seem to care). Then made it worse by overwriting it in marker pen. Suffice to say my package of Xmas gifts has not made it to the delivery address and now seems lost in the system. The post office should sever their affiliation with this place.

Show they close At 5:30. I arrive at 3:06. Gentleman walks out as I’m exiting my car and says “we are closed”. I asked it is urgent and I only have one small package. Didn’t even care. I said “wow, you are so nice, thank you”. He said “you are welcome” and kept walking. Talk about supporting small businesses in your community !
