I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! The worst excuse for a manager possible. She tried over charging us a few times, said the terms were in our lease. However when I read my lease and showed it to her I was right over charging me. It took months to get it straightened out. NO ONE is ever in the office to talk to and when they are its extremely unprofessional. Also i moved my things out and it took 6 weeks and them sending me a late notice to figure it out. My lock had been cut and the storage unit left open yet no one contacted me. I suggest NEVER renting here and if you do run now.

I came to drop my payment off today and having multiple nice interactions with the lady in charge, I decided to give her a great rating, she gave me a great deal on the storage I'm using when others in the area were either over priced or too far from me, also I am very positive she is not racist, as I am a person of color myself, great service in a not-so-great area, she deserves more 5-star ratings
