Prior to choosing a storage company I researched and visited several prior to choosing. I picked Clark Storage due to the several amenities the company appeared to offer which included Inside Units and Climate Controlled, Ease of Access, Elevator, Hand Trucks, and Restrooms. Everything was fine until I actually started visiting on a regular basis. There would be issue after issue. Entry Doors constantly out of order, and would take months to fix, only to be broken again not long after being fixed. The back entrance has become a dumping ground for trash. There are homeless people living in the back

This company has horrible customer service, also the facility has roaches, i have tried contacting them multiple times but no one answers the phone also the corporate phone number on the website does not work so there is no way of contacting someone about the issue. be careful doing business with this place (VERY RUDE STAFF)
