I used this north Irving storage facility for approximately 6 months while I was having a new home built. Lisa was a wealth of information and help. They keep the grounds really clean and are always vigilant keeping safety in mind. My stay at Assured Self Storage on Highway 67 in Duncanville was fantastic.
Christine took great care in informing me all about the facility which is one of the cleanest and well kept facilities I have used. I felt very comfortable in leaving my items there. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely use Assured the next time I need to store anything and will suggest to friends/family that might need a storage facility to use Assured.
If you are looking for a storage facility that cares about 'you' and 'your belongings', then this is the best storage facility that I have worked with.

It was a very pleasant experience no hassling very professional and explained everything, help me with my lock. The staff is always friendly and nice, don't mine answering questions if you have any concerns. They always greet you with a smile and ask how can they help assist you. I would recommend them.
I enjoy coming because the staff is friendly and Manager Mary H. is always friendly and smiling and you can tell she likes working with you and helping you. She is so nice work with and talk with and professional in a loving gentle way. I also feel the prices are reasonable and I feel comfortable leasing my space here.

I am all about customer service, and this place has GREAT customer service! The facility is clean and well maintained. We had some issues with the moving company we used to take our things out to the unit, yet Mary and the staff here were so very accommodating and a voice of reason for me in the middle of a very stressful move. I very much appreciate the way this facility is run and won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. And yes, if Mary opens another facility, I will track her down to rent from her again! :)
