This is the nicest, cleanest and most respectful facility I've been to! The manager "Frances" is such a lovely lady, I didn't know what size storage I need and all she asked me to do was tell her all the items I needed to store and she gave me the perfect storage size! Y'all, when I say it was perfect, It Was Perfect!!!! If anyone comes to rent a storage at this location, just let her know " Monique" sent me and she'll definitely take care of you!

I lost my business in a fire and was at a total loss as to what to do when it came to choosing a storage facility for my materials and equipment. After talking with Ms Frances I didn't need to look any further. The service is very professional and heart felt. If I haven't paid by a certain Ms Frances will call, not demanding a payment but asking if everything was ok. Now days you just dont get that kinda customer service from businesses. Thanks Love Field Storage for still having sush a personal touch in such a tryin time

I have store my things for about 5 years and wanted to thank Ms Frances for all the professional help she gave me since my stroke and health problems l have had. She was very professional and understanding and cared about you as a customer. My company relocated to Dallas, .. recently & I was in need of a storage really bad. I was recommended by a tenant whom currently rents with Love Field Storage.
