I have rented various units here since they opened. Even though the management has changed several times over the years, I have never had a problem and the rent is less than other places. The temperature upstairs is a bit warm when it is 100 degrees outside, but I would rather have a bit less air and a lower price. I have never seen a bug or rodent and the halls and units are clean. The office staff is always helpful. We have moved to Rockwall, where I must pay quite a bit more for the same square feet, so I am finally giving up my last unit, and bidding Abrams Skillman Self Storage a fond farewell

We rented a unit here and we found it a great experience. The staff at check-in and check-out were smart, friendly and courteous. Today we happened to meet the owner (a woman-owned business) and I praised the staff and our experience. For anyone living at The Village in Dallas you sure can't beat the price or convenient location.
