Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ! Our new carpeting looks incredible ! It's like going to a whole new office. I cannot believe you were able to redo our entire space so quickly and with NO disruptions to our students. We've been trying to find the seams but so far, no one has been able to ! Superior workmanship, great guys, you truly went above and beyond ! Sorry we had so much stuff for you to move around ! Trust me, we know how heavy our bookcases are but without books, how else would our students learn??! Please also thank Kelly for handling all the details but you two guys did all the heavy

Only good things to say about Family Flooring!
Chuck and Kelly were beyond helpful even for our small project! They dropped off and picked up multiple carpet samples from our home. I choose to stop by the showroom and Kelly helped me narrow my choices down even further. We came up with a beautiful porcelain tile option for our hearth as well.
The installation was quick and easy. They arrived when they said they would (7am) and were finished on time or earlier then estimated (12p). They were polite and professional!
It looks wonderful and feels amazing!! The carpet is, Just a Hunt II; Fog, by

If I could give less than a one-star I would. We went to them because we told them we were in a hurry to get someone to do our floors.all of our kitchen items were ordered and were in. Theytold us they could have everything done and be able to help us out, and probably get us scheduled for August. This was probably back in June I had to call them to receive our estimate. I was told I would receive a call back within one hour, that never happened. I thought I was chasing after them to do business with them. It would be days before I would hear from them. We went there several times and called several
