Graber's fabricated a sheet metal box for me. The entire experience was stressful. There were holes in the tack weld, it was crooked and painted 3 different colors (they must have run out of paint and decided that they didn't care what it looked like). When I went back to complain they told me they would see what they could do... I picked up the product today and the metal box was better but still not great. They told me that they did not want to take the job and that is why they did such bad work. We did get a portion of our money back, but if you are going to take a job, do it right the first

After a couple of visits and and $800 spent on A/C repairs, it was determined that we would need a new unit. We waited for quite some time for a return call from Casper to give us a quote. The office was called several times but no response was ever heard from him. We ended going with a different plumber, but felt they dropped the ball on us.
