They did a good job with my fence, plus Mark went the extra mile to contact my neighbor when they were not sure about updating the fence on the side that we shared. Plus Mark recommend a nice concrete contractor to get rid of my concrete posts that were falling apart. They did the job within the promised wait time.

To the Yelpers reading this review: I disagree with everything Deondra is saying in her response.
First, the company has more to lose from my review than I do, so this justification of what happened is unnecessary and also FALSE, it's almost laughable.
Secondly, we do not know who this "project manager" she's referring to is. The only person we have communicated with is Mark, so if he is the "project manager" then the issue still stands in terms of unprofessionalism, lack of communication and overall incompetence of how to run a company properly.

BUYER'S BEWARE
I called for a quote to get a backyard patio cover built. The company's representative came to my house on September 9th with no pictures, no examples of patio covers, and no estimate of how much my project would cost. He stated he would email me the next day with a quote. I'm still waiting. When a company starts out by being unreliable, those are clear signs to avoid spending thousands of dollars with a company who more than likely will cause you nothing but problems. I'm glad it didn't happen to me. BUYER'S BEWARE!!

I could not be happier with the entire process from estimate to completion. "Vinyl fence and railing products manufactured by national Viny Products (NVP) are designed to be easy to clean and low maintenance." Lifetime coverage. I feel soooo much better about this fence than the 3 prior wood fences that collectively cost way more than this durable and warranteed fence, and still have the look of wood. Anyone can "do" fences, this is fencing company....BIIIIIG difference!

We were very pleased with the entire process from the first appointment, to getting a quote, to setting a date, and as someone else pointed out, even when we had to make changes and they had to come back and remeasure. Their availability for installation was several weeks (or a month) later but we didn't mind because it meant they were doing good getting business, and that's a good thing, right? Then a week before installation, they called to say they had an opening and can come do the work a few days earlier--we were happy about that.

I had a backyard, white vinyl, gate/fence installed. I got a quote through yelp, they came out, took dimensions and my input as to how I wanted the fence. We set up an appointment for its installation, they were willing to work around my schedule as to the day of installation. I even changed my mind, late in the game but before installation date,, as to which direction I wanted the gate to swing open, they obliged.
It did take a few months to finally put it up. I have the gated fence entrance now, I love it. It's a simple gate. Their website offers deals, suggest you look at that.

There's a reason LA Fence Craft get a lot of 5 star reviews. Mike and his crew are excellent! I went through a lot of quotes from more than a hand full of fence companies but LFC stood out from the rest. I had found them from a neighbor who was having a front fence put in and asked for a card. We had gotten a lot of high priced quotes from other companies that I'm sure would have done a nice job. But we were looking for a good balance between quality and cost. LA Fence gave us the best quote and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Mike's customer service went above and beyond.

Mark from LA Fence Craft came out for a free consultation. I was told the job is smaller than what they usually do, but he would talk to his boss since I'm so close to their location. He took my email address down and promised to email me with an update. It's been two weeks and I have not heard back.

A quick review of their work. They did a great job and putting up the wood fence in our backyard which was a difficult install due to a fence already being there which was the neighbors fence and there was a boundary issue. We also ask them to install a wood fence, which would replace an existing wood fence, and also move a vinyl fence. They did not do so well on the front yard. They did a good job with the wood fence, but when they move the vinyl fence they didn't really pay attention to detail and put in the vinyl fence out of alignment with the other vinyl fence adjacent on the sidewalk. Mher gave us a Privacy Fence much needed having a little dog that could slide through our old wooden broken fence. He pretty much put it up within a couple days of hard work, gave us an amazing price for the exceptional service, and have been super happy and feeling safe with the fence for over a year now. We hired La Fence Craft to replace our wooden old fence. They were very professional, did excellent work, were very clean, and very responsable. They even came on Sunday to make sure that the job was done perfectly before our inspection. All the neighbors are very happy, which is important to me, being the head of the HOA in my building.
