I had a busted copper pipe in my front yard that was spewing water nonstop. The techs came out did some investigating and dirty digging and they found the pipe that had been bent by the roots of an old tree. They fixed the pipe which was under a concrete slab. And they did perfect concrete work to replace the slice of concrete that they had to cut which was under the slab. These guys are really meticulous and do outstanding work. The price was an absolutely fair market price for all the work these guys had to do. I will for sure use them again when I need them. Great job guys !

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. My water heater was knocking. I flushed it myself multiple times and it was still knocking. They came out and said they still needed to flush it themselves to make sure I was doing it right. I understood that, but when they said the charge was $350 just to flush it(repeating what I'd already done.) I didn't say no, but I restated what they just said and the guy said "Ok then, take care." And he walked back to his truck. Terrible customer service, but also they were trying to gouge me. No one charges $350 just to flush a water heater. That's a 30 minute job.

We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

I called Advanced for two small projects -- replace a garbage disposal and repair a toilet that wouldn't flush. The plumber assigned came quickly, wore a mask, and was polite and competent. I was shocked at the price he asked for for these two small jobs -- initially, $950 but I talked him down to $750.
I decided to authorize it even though I felt the price was awfully steep for the small size of the jobs. I googled the garbage disposal he installed, and they are about $100 so the other $650 was for labor. The plumber competently completed both jobs in about two hours and was done. He

They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service

Great service! Had a backed up kitchen sink after dinner and he came out bright and early the next morning. Out of 9 people we called locally, he was the only one who answered and the person who could get here the quickest. Price was reasonable and Kory was super personable and I think my dad enjoyed that, too! He had a mask on and did the job pretty quickly. We also received a discount that we later found on our invoice. So that was a cool surprised! We will be using his service again. Thanks again Kory!

The customer service was good - the plumber came on time, was friendly, and knowledgeable. Knocked off two stars because he spent a total of 15 minutes in our home (plus I assume a trip to the hardware store to pick up the two parts that needed to be replaced), and it cost us $350. I felt this was overpriced. Other than that the experience was good.

The owner replied to my service call. His name is Kory Rushing (company is Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter). Exceptionally competent, and took the time to explain the intricacies of the situation that created the problem (poor grading on a sewer line made it susceptible to clogging - no help from gravity). He was quite professional and had a very agreeable personality. I've had a disproportionate amount of bad luck with plumbers in the past. Our (very old) garbage disposal started leaking late last night, and we knew we'd need a replacement. Got in touch with the answering service, and within a quarter hour had an appt. set up for this morning. Kory was prompt and professional, and in less than 90 min. we have a new disposal (includes a new drain & some surrounding pipe). $619; labor guaranteed for 1 yr.

I think you are missing the point! I did not misunderstand what you told me. You made no mention of labor cost to put the part in! If you had, I would not be writing this message. I believed what you stated to me. No cost to me. If you misunderstood, that is not my fault. At no time did you mention any cost. You failed to mention your labor cost. As man of your word, you made the mistake and you should honor your word!! As business person, I would! $250 should not cause you to loose a customer and their referrals, especially when the customer is not at fault.

We're a commercial building and have recently faced some water heater issues. We ended up calling here because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed at all!
We were lucky enough to work with Jesse, and he was awesome. He walked us through the entire process of figuring out what was wrong and what it would take to fix everything. So professional, so honest, and very timely.
We will most definitely be using them going forward for all of our plumbing needs!
