I wanted to share my experience with this company! We have our custom desks built out to the specs that we needed and they are beautiful and very sturdy!! We had a little alignment issue after 8 months and Cindy Lim made sure we were taken cared of!!! NOW THATS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY COMPANY SHOUDL GIVE. Reaching out to StrongProject after discovering them through multiple web searches, as I explored modern and contemporary office furniture options, was the best decision I could have made! After our initial meeting, I elected to work with StrongProject from design development through punch list completion for a new 15k sq. ft. office we were building out. Worked with Mike from SP on a large project that involved several offices and a tight timeframe. He was very conscientious of budget, always giving us options to save money without sacrificing style or quality. I loved that it was full service - they worry about hiring installers and chasing shipping companies to ensure on time delivery and install. I can't count the number of times I changed my mind but Mike was always patient and at one point called the manufacturer for us for a last minute change. All in all very pleased!

I used Strong Project to furnish my new office. Cindy and her team were great on the front end, and the result is something we are very happy with. Like any larger project, there were issues. On the back end, the customer service was just as good as at the front end. It is great to have a high quality company that stands by their work all the way through. I would not use anyone else to furnish an office!

Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with and gave us great recommendations to furnish our new Brookfieold Los Angeles office in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood. Their modern furniture is competitvely priced, of great quality, and is delivered on-time/without issue. We had a very small office to furnish, which probably didn't bring in much money for StrongProject. Nonetheless, Cindy was 100% dedicated to helping us with our design and order, and was very easily accessible and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We wanted to stay within a reasonable budget, which Cindy was respectful of, and helped guide us towards products that were within range. We also had a very tight turnaround for when we needed our order completed, andshe went above and beyond to help accommodate and expedite our order. I looked into several other office furnishing companies

Last year I worked with Jeff Pochepan at Strong Project regarding a 5,000 sq. ft. project I was about to undertake in El Segundo for an investment firm. Jeff Pochepan and his team at Strongproject were incredible to work with start to finish. To say I am particular about design with an attention to detail is a massive understatement. We furnished Relativity School from ground zero including executive offices, open work stations, a custom s-curve reception desk, two computer labs, Student Services center and a very quirky floor plan for our Admissions center because it was inside our TV studio and was the former control room. Surprising to see that Mike Pochepan actually received a positive review. My experience with him was quite the opposite. My husband and I purchase a commercial space in El Segundo. Being from Seattle I was happy to find Strong Project on line as I love supporting local businesses. We are literally right down the street from them. I made an appointment with Mike to discuss our needs for the new office space. I showed up with floor plans showing the proposed desk configurations. Mike could not have been less interested.
