Michael gave a fair and competitive price. Laura the office manager was very knowledgeable and always responded to questions in a timely manner. They were also able to start and complete the AC and furnace replacement earlier than promised. Chris, the technician,went above and beyond to reduce excessive noise in our system. Zane heating did a great job. I have them on my call list through my real estate agent. Thanks for all the good work. Five stars*****

AC gave out on 93 degree summer day. Called EWZ, phone was answered by a polite person who helped me narrow down the problem. Later that day tech came out, diagnosed and repaired AC unit that is located outdoors and up on the 2nd floor. Polite, professional, and fixed right the first time. Highly recommended.

My central air was not cooling properly; motor was running but not cooling. Called Zane at 3:02pm today (Friday), the technician was here in about 30 minutes, had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 4:20pm.
Rich, the technician, was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong, what he did, and what to look for in the future.
I am stunned by such quick service.

More Qualified Techs, I had bad experience with the Tech & Company Management summer of 2018. Called for service as on of My AC units would not cool. Tech cam out inspected the unit & I was told by Zane Management that my external and internal unit had to be replaced. As asked are you sure as I replaced them both 10 years ago. There response was yes both had to be replaced could not be repaired, So I said how much do you want to replace the units. They responded with $8000.00 to $8500.00. With this I decided to get a second opinion from another HVAC company. Final results the external unit

My heat went down on Christmas morning so we toughed it out until the 26th. Called the guys first thing the next morning and they sent a man out in under an hour. They took care of the problem and I was up and running by lunch. Thanks guys!! Great job and I appreciate your service!!! Fair price! Highly recommended!!

Ac went out on hot day. Called and within an hour Mike Zane himself came and got it running. Next day the blower motor seized up. Zane arrived early morning and diagnosed and fixed by installing new blower motor. Friendly and knowledgeable service team and responsive. Can't say enough positive. Fair prices too. This is the place to go in Avalon for hvac issues!

I called Zanes at 7:50 this morning bc my 14 year old air conditioner died last night. They had a serviceman at my door by 8:05 am, and he let me know that my fan was dead. He gave me repair or replace options, but knowing our unit's age and past history, we were ready to replace. They were back with an estimate within the hour, which was a reasonable price, so we gave the go ahead shortly after that. They squeezed us into their schedule TODAY and I will be sleeping comfortably tonight. I cannot believe how responsive, friendly, and professional all of their people were! I am 100% satisfied and
