Comfort Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is an Ozaukee County based, family owned and operated HVAC company with the goal of providing prompt, reliable service to our customers; repair, maintenance, and installation of heating and air conditioning equipment. Our office is located in Saukville and we service Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Washington Counties.

My experience was superb. My parents furnace went out and I went searching for service. I messaged this company and in just a few hours I received a reply and service shortly after. I was educated on the issue and what to do for maintenance. Troy (serviceman) was very transparent with price and everything that was needed and needed to be done.

I would definitely rehire for future service needed and recommend to friends. I called a different company when our central air went out and never received a call back. How frustrating. By now it's day 3 in sweltering heat with no air. I called Comfort Solutions in the morning and had a technician at our door the same day.

Troy was amazing!! My home warranty company kept trying to send contractors that would never show up or call and when I finally got a new contractor called Comfort Solutions, it was like night and day difference! Troy communicated every step of the way, showed up on time, texts, emails, calls and was respectful of my home and extremely knowledgeable about the issues and how to work with the warranty company. I called a different company when our central air went out and never received a call back. How frustrating. By now it's day 3 in sweltering heat with no air. I called Comfort Solutions in the morning and had a technician at our door the same day. I was very pleased with how knowledgeable he was, and that he took the time to explain all the troubleshooting he did. I was convinced our blower motor was out, but because of his thorough diagnostics he found that it was actually the circuit board that was bad. I think most technicians would have simply replaced everything. Instead, not only was he friendly
