We purchased a kitchen table years ago which we loved and is great quality but had become weathered . We looked to replace it but could not find anything we liked. A friend recommended Grandad's ; they did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with from scheduling with Sandy to the techs . I highly recommend this company !!!!!

This is the most upsetting business I have ever done business with. The lady who sets up the appointments is totally unprofessional and needs to take a course in business management. Rude and aggressive! She lets you know that she's not interested in your business. Work was very poor, gave me my money back and offered to redo work. But after 45 mins of trying to cover up the damage that they did I would be crazy to take it back. This was an antique rocker which could not be replaced! Stay away from this business!

These people act like they're doing YOU a favor to return a phone call. Someone needs to teach them how to run a business. Lovely to get yelled at for asking them to come out and refinish some furniture (you know, their JOB). Hateful lady that schedules the appointments and she will decide when, OR IF, it's ever convenient for her to call you back. If you can't handle returning phone calls and scheduling visits, maybe you shouldn't be working the phones, lady! Last time we dealt with them they scheduled us for an appointment and didn't bother to show up. When we called to find out where they were

Great and reliable restoration and repair of my Kitchen chairs. I have used them at least 3 times. It is a local operation and one that I highly recommend.

I had a dresser that was over 50 years old with a broken door. The piece was picked up and repaired in record time, and is now as perfect as the day it was purchased. Everyone there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, what a wonderful experience.

Grandad's stripped, repaired, sanded and refinished my Cherry kitchen drop leaf table and 2 chairs. I couldn't be happier. It looks brand new after 15 years of use. They were a pleasure to work and with and kept me up to date on progress at all times.

My family has had our furniture taken care of by Granddad's for almost 40 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of their work. My grandfather started having his pieces done by them in the 70s, back when they only did house-calls! They are incredibly professional and do lovely work.
Most recently, we had a pair of antique chairs redone. When they were cleaned, they realized the wood had been dyed and was very dark (we thought it was old paint). Instead of just finishing the job, he asked us to come take a look and make sure we liked it before he went any further. Turns out, they are really going
