After spending almost 4 hours at another used car lot trying to purchase a used car for my mother with no good results and a heart broken mom on my hands, I decided to take her to Eagle Valley Motors. 3 years ago I purchased my truck from them and had a great experience. I’ll try and keep it short and sweet but it’s hard after receiving the great service at Eagle Valley Motors in Carson City! The first they were honest and upfront about the issues and even putting a used engine in before the sale was done. Took it back a few times and even called regarding issues and they were very helpful…to include sending parts to our local Napa that is 2 hours from their service department.
The second vehicle has had issues from the get go….from no fog lights or turn signals that we weren’t aware of until driving home that night

Don was amazing! We had an awesome experience there. They are super family oriented and treated us as if we were apart of that. He made it super easy and worked with us from the jump. Ryan is the guy to talk to. I was only there for about an hour and drove away in my new BMW. He was quick, efficient, and had the most positive attitude the entire time. He really made the experience amazing!!

Please do not by a car from this company in fernley and Carson city. My love bought a used car with a 90 day warranty. 10 minutes after driving off the lot the check engine light went on. But we had a 90 day warranty so we thought all would be good.
He took it in after it took weeks for them to call us back. We took it in twice and both times the check engine light popped back on after 30 minutes of driving it.
