Marrying the clients' love for the mountains with their new city lifestyle, this downtown condo went from a choppy 90's floor plan to an open and inviting mountain loft. New hardwood floors were laid throughout and plaster walls were featured to give this loft a more inviting and warm atmosphere. The floor plan was reimagined, giving the clients a full formal entry with storage, while letting the rest of the space remain open for entertaining.

Julie, Sarah, and Mark were a pleasure to collaborate with on our whole-house renovation. We purchased a 1950 mid-century mod in Holly Hills, Denver that we gutted out to start a clean slate. We needed an interior design firm that could help us make decisions on style preference and a cohesive material plan for the entire house. Brayton Interiors delivered on what we needed and then some. We're excited to write this review and refer Brayton. They're young and hungry.

I knew I wanted to work with Julie and Mark during our very first meeting. Their passion and excitement for their work comes through in everything they do. Julie worked with me through multiple iterations of the initial design. Once work started and with budget constraints she assisted in exploring different scenarios and designs for our counter tops in order for us to make a well informed decision. The functionality of my kitchen is perfection and that is due to Julie's expertise in the overall design, flow and placement of cabinets.

The Brayton team took our old clapboard kitchen and turned it into something of our dreams. We loved their respect for the age of our home and their design choices really pay homage to its history. The whole team was really responsive to all our questions and made the remodeling process fun and easy. Will use them again and again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I demand perfection, and that’s exactly what I got working with Brayton | Schreen Interiors. Julie helped me redesign the first floor of my home, and she exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Everything from concept to installation was executed very professionally and beautifully, and Julie was so fun to work with at the same time. I loved how she was conscious of my budget and of my time, had an organized and accurate project plan, and was right by our side the entire way. I absolutely LOVE the finished product and will definitely be using them again.

Julie, Brayton Schreen’s lead designer, handled our complete kitchen redesign. Her attention to detail was second to none; every decision had a story and all parts came together beautifully and economically. She was also able to provide us with high-end cabinets and countertops that work perfectly with our design, and she did so at a great price. The timeline was exactly as was discussed, and everything went without a hitch. I would definitely use Julie and Brayton Schreen again!

Brayton Schreen Interiors guided us not only in cabinets but also in countertops, backsplash, hardware, and other finishes. It was incredible how all of the tiny decisions our designer made in the design phase all seemed to have a reason and all tied together perfectly with each other, with the house architecture, and with our personal style. Julie was a pleasure to work with, listens to your concerns, and executes.
